Full Policy Disclosure on Missed Classes

Here’s the Hey, I Saw Your Commercial Policy on cancelled classes without prior notice.

If you still have not made your payment to enter the zoom class and there are 4 hours left before class start time, and you have not sent an email explaining your absence, your spot may be cancelled. At that point I will believe that you have dumped the course and will not be returning due to lack of communication.

I don’t offer any payment roll-overs, transfers to another actor family or friend, or refunds. Period. To offer a payment plan is one of the kindest gestures an acting coach on a $210 course can make. I demand it is respected.

Q.) “Why is CoachMike! so serious about class attendance?”

A.) If an Actor has dumped the course and not returning, it is only kind and respectful to communicate that to me. So I will have room for an Actor that is really serious about my course, and needs to do a makeup class in the spot the no call/no show Actor once held.
